Nairo Quintana

Nairo trains every day in the morning on his bicycle.

Nairo trains six hours a day, with an average speed of 35 km per hour. He leaves a town called Tunja and passes through the towns of Arcabuco, Moniquirá, Barbosa, Puente Nacional and then arrives in Chiquinquirá. Later, it goes towards Sutamarchán, Sáchica and finally returns to tunja, his city of residence.

 On the way, he pauses for breakfast. The local native food breakfast, such as coffee and egg arepa.

After training, Nairo shares with his family, her parents, his wife, his daughter and brothers.
